Inner health and harmony and its owner reserves the right to refuse to provide goods and services at their disgression. We reserve the right to obtain basic information, client contact and content including background information and expectation before and after. Agreeing to provide any goods or services, remains the right of Inner health and harmony without prior notice. By acessing this website or email contact you agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment for distant healing or goods is to be made prior to commencement of all goods and services to be provided – appointments or bookings will be cancelled unless payment received 3 days prior to booking.
Cancellation of a booking is required 36 hours before appointment or a fee of $100 will apply.
Refunds Inner health and harmony has a NO refund policy
However reasonable circumstances will be considered and respected.
No healing modality technique advice recommendations products or services provided on this website, in person or distantly, are of No substitution for a GP physicians or specialists medical advice treatment diagnosis or care.

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be enforceable in full. Owner makes no representation that materials or services, on the Services or website are appropriate, available or legal in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Services do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland Australia applicable to contracts and legal requirements to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on or alleging a breach of this Agreement must in accordance to the laws of state of Queensland Australia.

Exclusion of Liability
INNER HEALTH AND HARMONY, THE OWNER, ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY SUSTAINED ARISING OUT OF SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROVIDING OF SERVICES HEREUNDER, THE SALE OR PURCHASE OF ANY GOODS SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE FROM THE SERVICE, YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR THE NATURE OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR OCCURANCE.
